Our Facility

Our manufacturing plant is spread on an area of 8100 sq. meter and has requisite facilities for efficient and flawless production. Installed with latest machine, our production unit has an install-power capacity of 500 KVA. Presently operating at 250 MT per month in 1 shift, the unit has an annual production of around 7200 MT.

Our maintenance department works round the clock to keep our machine in good working conditions in order to minimize the total breakdown time. we use different procedures and machines to meet the qualitative and quantiative requirements of our clients on time.

3. Critical & Fragile area covered with plastic rings, wrapped in VCI paper / plastic sheet & sealed.

3. Finally packed in corrugated and plywood wooden boxes as per requirements.
